Have you ever had those days that you want to read and study your bible but you find yourself falling asleep as soon as you read the first verse?

The start of the day you are just waking up and too sleepy to pray? After a long day at work do you feel so tired you can’t do bible study? On Sunday morning do you feel so tired and drained you just stay in bed and miss church?

We have all had those moments, especially me!! I start my morning off with prayer and I struggle let me tell you. I have literally been so tired from work while studying my bible I have fell asleep while reading it with my head propped up on my hand!
God knows we get tired.
Matthew 11:28-30 King James Version (KJV)
28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
God can help us through those times when we are so tired we are barely putting one foot in front of the other. Don’t beat yourself up over giving into the fatigue because we all have to rest even Jesus did.
God rested on the seventh day after his work.
Genesis 2:2-3 (KJV)
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Exodus 20:8-10 King James Version (KJV)
8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
